Posting a role needs an employer account. Your company details are entered once and then appear on every role you post.
What to have ready
- The job title, the contract type and the location
- A description: the responsibilities, who you are looking for, the benefits
- A closing date
On the salary range
It is optional, and it is the one missing field that makes a candidate hesitate before applying. A range, even a wide one, increases the number of applications.
What happens after you publish
Your role appears on the jobs page and becomes indexable by search engines. Applications arrive in your account with each candidate's full profile.
Editing or closing
A posting can be edited at any time. A closed posting stays readable at its address but stops accepting applications — the link you shared keeps working.
